![]() I have been a yoga teacher, wedding officiant, spiritual and grief counselor, non-denominational minister, relationship coach, and mentor for over 25 years. This knowledge and transformation will inspire you to conduct all your relationships from a loving, grounded place of personal empowerment. We will discuss the importance of learning to know, love, trust and accept yourself in a deep way, and how that leads to finding and embracing the source of your power as a woman. In addition to romantic relationships, we’ll be talking about all the other relationships in our lives as well-parents, children, siblings, in-laws, friends, bosses and co-workers. And, of course, there is the most important relationship of all -the one with yourself! That’s the starting (and the ending) point for all the others. Not sure about your relationship and want to make a decision? ![]() Married or in a committed relationship you’ve realized isn’t right for you and you want to figure out how to leave? Married or in a committed relationship and unhappy, struggling? Single and looking for a long-term committed relationship? However, they can also be a source of pain, anger, sadness, confusion, fear, guilt, stress, heartache, struggle, and regret. Participants will meet in a safe, nurturing, compassionate environment and be given the opportunity to share their issues and concerns and be offered constructive, empathetic feedback. They bring joy, love, connection, a sense of purpose, romance, intimacy, security, gratitude, and fun. They are our specialty, both the cornerstone and centerpiece of our lives. Women and relationships-there is no separating the two. There is no charge for this group, but a donation to help offset the studio’s expenses would be most appreciated. We will be meeting on Sundays from 11:30am – 1:00pm starting October 11. The second is a women’s support group called All About Relationships (sorry, men). If you’re struggling with a problem, an issue, or a relationship, I hope you’ll write to me. I will be creating blog posts with some of your questions and my answers, but only if I have your permission! The following are my areas of expertise: All questions are held in complete confidence.
